We believe that those who plan their event well early should be rewarded more than those who plan in the last minute.
Therefore we want to give our best discounts on hall charges for those are planning their weddings, receptions, anniversary, birthday parties, engagements, office conference or any events for that matter.
Terms and Conditions
Discounts will be applicable for those who pay 40% of the total value of the event (Hall+Food value) as advance at the time of reservation.
Discounts are applicable only for the hall for the given date and for the standard facilities. Food menu is ordered separately from our available menus
Food menu rate may change based on market price changes, if any.
Special rate for additional hour is applicable only if it was reserved and paid at the time of reservation. Any late request for additional hours will be based on normal rates.
Hall will be allocated based on the number of pax booked for the event. If any other hall is required by the client can be provided at a cost decided by the management away from the discounted rates.
Cancellation penalty of 25% of the advance payment will be charged for any cancellations
The above special rates cannot be coupled with any other promotions or special offers
The Brighten Hotels management reserves right to make the final decision on booking, reservation, discounts, hall allocation and cancellation
