The Brighten Group of Companies has been in the commercial operation for the last sixteen years from the year 2000. We are a group of companies operating in several disciplines such as real estate development, motor spare parts and hotels, tours & travels and industrial catering.

In the context of hotels and catering, we operate the Colombo hotel as Brighten Colombo and operate the other hotel in Jaffna as Bright Inn Luxury Holiday Resort and are in the process of developing the chain into other parts of the country as well and are especially into quality catering in large numbers.

In catering, we serve average 5000 lunches on daily basis and our Colombo production unit has the further capacity to serve 10,000 more covers.

Our specialty is that we could tailor make menus to suit your specific interests and individual budgets with the best quality food products and services at all times. We guarantee on our consistency, punctuality and quality of service and value for money at all times and we could deliver parcels or laid out buffet services in your premises covering all three main meals and the two tea breaks per day.

Further, in menu planning, we focus on the accurate weight specifications and the colour balance, variety to the menu, methods of cooking, nutrition, eye appeal, aroma etc. For the finesse of the food & beverage we serve at all times.

We have the catering capacity up to 10,000 covers per meal and are capable of parceled service or buffet service as per you specific requirements.

Our team is well experienced and qualified in the field of professional cookery and catering.  We are with two Indian Chefs who are experts in bulk cooking with the best of quality at all times backed up by the Executive Chef Sanjeewa kanakarathna with thirty years of catering industrial experience.
